Medical Practice Valuation
Physician practice valuations present special challenges. Since practice acquisitions by hospitals and health systems must be handled at fair market value (FMV), it's critical that these challenges be addressed in a valuation done by a third party. DGA has completed hundreds of medical practice valuations, ranging from solo practitioners to faculty practices comprised of hundreds of physicians, with all types of medical and surgical specialties as well as primary care.
