DGA’s Risk Score Analytics Tools |
for PACE Organizations
DGA’s Risk Score Analytics Tools (RSAT) turns your RAPS data into a highly effective management tool
Getting actionable information directly from the RAPS-related reports is next to impossible. The reports are a jumble of raw data, unsuited for spotting problems in diagnosis and HCC codes. RSAT provides simple, clear reports that transform the raw data returned by CMS into easy to use management information.
With RSAT you can:
- Receive accurate reimbursement from CMS, by assuring that all diagnoses are fully reported
- Analyze trends and variations for management control and planning
DGA’s RSAT gives you user-friendly, meaningful reports.
Enrollment Change Report: Identifies new members and prior members who are no longer on the RAPS reports. Facilitates verifying the risk scores of new members.
- Provides a control point to verify that members who are no longer listed have indeed been disenrolled
- Lets you spot shifts in the patient base risk scores
Risk Score Change File: Compares participants’ risk scores for two defined time periods. Color coding highlights outlier risk scores.
- Clearly displays how the risk score of each participant has changed between current and previous periods
- Prioritizes further review
HCC Code Change Report: Maps diagnoses to HCCs, listing both HCC description and risk scores.
- For each patient, shows which HCC diagnoses have gone away and which been added
- Allows you to identify which changes look logical and which may be erroneous
Diagnosis Drill Down Report: Provides participant-level detail of the diagnoses present in each RAPS report for two defined time periods, so you can determine the underlying reason why risk scores have changed, and catch any problems. Indicates:
- Diagnoses present in the first period but not the second
- Diagnoses present in the second period but not the first
- Diagnoses present in both time periods
