- Physician-driven integrated delivery systems
- Physician employment
We consider how each would meet hospital goals and community needs, and how they would integrate with the hospital's overall strategy. The ultimate strategy specifies:
- Optimal business models for physician alignment, by service line and specialty
- Priority specialties and formal agreements to be pursued
- Required investment, expected return and bottom-line financial impact
- Sources of funds
